How to use this tomato press:

1. Attach the tomato squeezer machine to a table or counter top with its screw attachment
2. Prepare tomatoes (cut into smaller pieces for best results) and have two containers or bowls ready – one to catch the tomato juice under one chute and the other to collect all of the other tomato parts (skin, seeds) under the other chute
3. Lubricate the central drum and spring mechanism
4. Place prepared tomatoes in the hopper and take hold of the handle
5. Turn the handle and the tomatoes will be processed promptly
